Staff was professional explaining process and procedures taking place. Ashley dental assistant was thorough with explanations of process taking place. All staff including Dr Livingston 5 star n my book.

Started with Ashley bringing me in and taking my x-rays. Wonderful girl. Then my DDS Rachal Liverman and her assistant Whitney, they set the standard. With the lightest of touch and so considerate to my feelings, they continued asking me how I am doing and what they will be doing next. I had a 6 hr. procedure and they did not switch up not once, kept the pace and productivity was meant. Thank you again for understanding my needs, I am a 18 wheeler that does OTR for a month, they embraced it and knocked me out instead of like other places, would have scheduled me for the other half another day. I will be returning for my bottom next. God bless you ladies and keep that standard bar set high. You’ve accomplished that hands down. 🫡
